    We visited in August and none of the thousand of other tourists took any social distancing precautions. Mask wearing is required, half of the visitors do not comply. Nobody checks. Looking back we...  more »

    We went there from Bayonne by car, parked there and walked through a beautiful forest for about 20 minutes. Once we got there we were unpleasantly surprised to find that there was a huge wall of sand and no stairs to climb it at all. Getting to the top was hard but I would do it again without a doubt. It was definitely worth it!!! It is a great place to practice paragliding and the views are unparalelled. Don't miss the chance to visit this unique landscape, you won't regret it.
