The Cultural Center is wonderful.. new architecture designs.. elegant.. and enjoyable. The parkings are great and well arranged. The connection to the Opera is quite confusing. The facility is clean and tidy. Plenty of Cafes and Restaurants found in the opera place.. the dancing fountain is very interesting and attractive.
Very nice place to walk or have breakfast. And has a nice view at night as well. but sometimes the odd music ruins the experience. Other than that I highly recommend going there.
