Spreading 5.3 hectares (13 acres) over Quill hills, Miriam C. Schmid Botanical Garden has become a sanctuary for the diverse ecosystem of the island. Built by Miriam Schmidt in 1990, the park is divided into different departments. In a "touch" portion of the garden, see and feel plants with interesting texture, while the "sound" section contains plants used for musical instruments. Check out the lookout garden to see a vista over St. Kitts. A visit to Miriam C.
