Beauty on the Danube

Slovakia's capital, Bratislava, attracts visitors for its natural beauty and rich culture, offering a plethora of landscapes, outdoor activities, historical monuments, and a stately old town.
Get out of town with these interesting Bratislava side-trips: Mestianske domy (in Trnava), Vino Fiala (in Modra) and Cerveny Kamen Castle (in Cerveny Kamen). There's still lots to do: step into the grandiose world of Bratislava Castle, contemplate the long history of Michalska Brana, take a stroll through Bratislava Old Town, and snap pictures at New Bridge (Novy Most).
