Trabzon, historically known as Trebizond is a city on the Black Sea coast of northeastern Turkey and the capital of Trabzon Province. Get outdoors at Tirebolu Belediye Plaji and Surmene Camburnu Tabiat Parki. Atatürk Köşkü and Soumela Monastery will appeal to history buffs. Change things up with a short trip to Sultan Murat Plateau in Caykara (about 1h 25 min away).
