You can drive from Saint-Omer to Lille in an hour. Alternatively, you can take a train. In April, daily temperatures in Lille can reach 18°C, while at night they dip to 7°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 16th (Mon) so you can catch the train to Paris.
