On the 15th (Sun), get engrossed in the history at Museo Larco, view the masterpieces at Galeria Indigo, then take a stroll through Miraflores, then make a trip to Circuito Magico Del Agua, and finally make a trip to Plaza de Armas (Plaza Mayor). Keep things going the next day: shop like a local with Shopping Center Larcomar (Centro Comercial Larcomar), explore the ancient world of Huaca Pucllana, then pause for some serene contemplation at Iglesia y Convento de San Francisco, and finally wander the streets of Barranco.

Fly from Guayaquil to Lima in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. Traveling from Guayaquil in December, things will get slightly colder in Lima: highs are around 28°C and lows about 22°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 16th (Mon) to allow enough time to travel to Cusco.
