Along the Dalmation Coast, the city of Dubrovnik has become famous for its pedestrian-only Old Town surrounded by fortress walls, and its historical heft has earned it World Heritage Site status.
Kick off your visit on the 7th (Fri): paddle through the water with a kayaking and canoeing tour, steep yourself in history at Dubrovnik City Walls, and then get great views at Minceta Fortress. Here are some ideas for day two: kick back and relax at Pasjaca Beach, kick back and relax at Sunj Beach, enjoy the sand and surf at Sveti Jakov Beach, then step off the mainland to explore Island of Lokrum, then make a trip to Pile Gate, and finally wander the streets of Old Town.
