Athens, Greece to Tokyo is an approximately 19.5- hour combination of subway, flight, and train. You can also do a combination of subway and flight; or do a combination of train, shuttle, and flight. The time zone changes from Eastern European Standard Time to Japan Standard Time, which is usually a 7 hour difference. Traveling from Athens in November, things will get a bit cooler in Tokyo: highs are around 19°C and lows about 11°C. Sitting at the foot of Mount Fuji, Hakone-machi has become a popular retreat from Tokyo for locals and tourists alike.
You've added Little Prince Museum, Onshi Hakone Park, Hakone Yuryo, and other attractions to your itinerary. Arakura Fuji Sengen Jinja and Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Jinja Shrine are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Hakone Shrine / Kuzuryu Shrine Singu and Ishigakiyama Ichiya Castle Historic Park will appeal to history buffs. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Hakone-machi: Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine (in Fujinomiya) and Itchiku Kubota Art Museum (in Fujikawaguchiko-machi). Traveling from Tokyo in November, expect nights in Hakone-machi to be about the same, around 11°C, while days are little chillier, around 13°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 27th (Wed) so you can travel to Kyoto.

Expect somewhat warmer weather when traveling from Hakone-machi in November: highs in Kyoto hover around 19°C, while lows dip to 10°C.
