Get out of town with these interesting Valletta side-trips: Popeye Village Malta (in Mellieha) and Malta National Aquarium (in Qawra). There's lots more to do: take in the spiritual surroundings of St. John's Co-Cathedral, delve into the distant past at Hal Saflieni Hypogeum, take in nature's colorful creations at Upper Barrakka Gardens, and witness the site of a historic battle at Lascaris War Rooms.

Londrina, Brazil to Valletta is an approximately 21.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of bus and flight. The time zone changes from Brasilia Time (BRT) to Central European Time (CET), which is usually a 4 hour difference. In April, Valletta is little chillier than Londrina - with highs of 23°C and lows of 15°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 11th (Sat) early enough to travel to Skopje.
