  We took a cruise that Jenny suggest us. She was so nice and professional...We went to Bay Tu Long, that was fantastic, not to much people and the sea so clean.   We found Lucy and the team at Crossing Vietnam Tour to be very helpful with arranging our Ha Long (Lan Ha) Bay experience and onward travel. Importantly Lucy was able to work through the different options with us in addition to their costs and benefits (we found some of the other agencies immediately tried to push us into only one option for the cruise). After the cruise we also arranged for onward travel to Ha Giang through this agency, so Lucy was able to recommend a place for us to stop for the four hours in between getting back from the cruise and our onward travel in the same day. What made everything work very well was that we were able to confirm further details with Lucy through WhatsApp for our ongoing travel whilst we were on the cruise already.
