Channel Seven Wheel of Brisbane
Channel Seven Wheel of Brisbane is a 60 m (197 ft) Ferris wheel offering extensive views of Brisbane's central business district and surrounding suburbs. The wheel is a popular tourist attraction located in the city's South Bank Parklands, erected in honor of the 150th anniversary of the State of Queensland. Each of the 42 air-conditioned capsules can seat up to six adults and two children, providing a total passenger capacity of 336. The panoramic ride last around 12 minutes and provides unobstructed views of the city. Visit the wheel in the evening hours to see the city light up as the night falls. A nice view on a clear day of the Brisbane sights. It was cool inside and allowed for a relaxing scenic trip however be aware it is only 10-15 min long so doesn’t take a long time

Nice activity to do during a hot summer day! The carriage has air con so you can cool down :) there are many great views to take in during the rotations on the wheel - a total of 5 rotations You receive a guide as well as audio which explains the surrounding sights and attractions.

We had a lovely time on the wheel. It was so cool to see the city at night from so high high up. And we were allowed to go around 5 times, definitely got our moneys worth. We went after dinner and there was no wait at all. Plus, there's a nice photo opportunity if you're looking for a momento.
