Great for their yummy cookies and a stopover coffee

Very disappointed. Came from Sydney so this was on my holiday to-do list. Arrived at 9:55 as the store opened at 10, only to find that I waited until 10:35 for someone to come and open the store. A bit unprofessional as that is a responsibility to ensure the store opens on time, especially in a popular tourist area. Mind you, at 10 another person came to drop off milk and left. In the mean time, 8 other cars of families came to see if the store was open but ended up leaving. Unfortunate for the business for losing customers. Had a look through the window as well, only to find they sell cookies and no other merchandise, disappointing for a store that calls itself a ‘gift shop’.
