Balance for Life Yoga & Wellness Retreat, Dundee Beach

MAGICAL. That's the only word that comes out. Where to start? I am not sure. There is no word to describe what my friend and I experienced during our retreat with Carole. We have done the Chakra healing retreat, with yoga, meditation and sound healing. WOW! I feel changed. I feel empowered and so positive. It is surprising how unaware we are of what needs to be healed! We felt challenged but liberated. We felt strong and let go of burden that had no right to be in our lives. Great tools to get our life easier and work on a better world with better people. We had the most gorgeous spiritual retreat we had ever done, and Dundee Beach is the perfect place to be! Magical and energizing places with fantastic landscapes, beaches and very special places. We met beautiful souls there as well. People we will bound and hang out with even after the retreat. Carole is FANTASTIC. Such a beautiful soul in an authentic body. And I say that because it is so important to be authentic and true to ourselves. She is a real inspiration, a true beauty among human beings. THE FOOD. OMG the food! ABSOLUTELY YUMMY AND FULFILLING! I don't have enough words again to describe the quality of the food Carole prepared and cooked for us. Healthy and Yummy. I was over the moon with the food! Epicurean indeed I am, so yes, I am amazed how good the food was. I had the best Avocado on toast and scrambles eggs breakfast ever. My next retreat is about to be booked in few weeks with Carole, it's worth every single dollar spent. WONDERFUL.
