Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast provides a thrilling place to beat the heat in the Gold Coast. Ride the biggest wave in the world aboard while strapped to a giant surfboard with other park goers, choose from a handful of themed waterslides--including one that runs through total darkness and another that tests the outer limits of gravity--and zipline across the entire venue. • “Avoid” wet n wild or for that matter any of the Gold Coast theme parks during early September. Most of the larger rides / slides are closed for scheduled maintenance, probably ahead of the up coming....  more

  • The value for money depends on how busy it is - any holidays and the lines for the rides are so long it's not worth it. But when it's not busy it can be fun. The staff are usually friendly and helpful. Buy tickets online first as they're cheaper. Try and pick days that aren't too busy (like everyone else is trying to do!).
  • We planned our family holiday for 3 years to come up from Melbourne to Gold Coast. We came up on the 29/6/2022 for a 10day break. After we had rain for the first 7 days and weren’t able to go to wet and wild because of the weather. We finally had a 23c sunny day, so like most other holiday makers we decided to go the wet & wild on 7/7/2022. Unaware what we were in for. We waited over 1.5hrs to go on the mammoth falls which I’m happy to wait in busy times but when u have to wait 2.5 to go on the double barrel is getting unacceptable. There are 14 water slides currently at wet & wild and our day there were 6 closed on the only sunny day throughout the school holidays. I don’t understand whilst it’s school holidays that all the rides are open. For the price of admission for 2 adults & 3 kids it’s totally not worth it. So in summary my family will never coming back to wet & wild. Don’t waste you hard earned money on coming here for long waits, closed rides and workers who show no customer service whatsoever as it is an inconvenience to their day! The Coopers
