Nestled between the shiny glass buildings of Darling Harbour, Chinese Garden of Friendship feels like a secret spot. Entering the garden, you walk into a piece of traditional Chinese landscaping in downtown Sydney. Walk past small waterfalls, exotic plants, and pavilions, and watch koi carp swim in lakes. Sit down at the Teahouse for Chinese tea and dim sum, and visit the Dragon Wall to understand its symbolic bond between New South Wales and Guangzhou. A delightful experience! The Garden is well kept and a great place for events. You will often see wedding taking place and avid photographers taking advantage of the amazing scenery. However, the Garden could definitely work on keeping the lights and other mechanical components hidden as most of the rooms are filled with cables and various ropes.

Chinese Garden of Friendship is a must to visit in Sydney. I have visited plenty of gardens and this one is one of my top favourites. located in the heart of Sydney Darling harbour with easy access via public transport. Entry fee is 8$ for adults and 4$ for kids. A good option to spend time with family while enjoying the beauty of the garden. Highly recommended!
