Taralga Wildlife Park, Taralga

We visited the park on a nice rainy day but after a while when it was not pouring heavily we went inside to the natural habitat of the animals and birds. We really enjoyed getting close to them, we fed Albinos, Camel and sheep. Spending time with Bridget the wombat was really fun. We took really nice pictures of peacock, peafowl, South American bird's, Lama, ducks and many more. We also loved the coffee, vanilla shake and the vegetarian sandwiches. Every food item was very affordable. We also enjoyed the company of the owner and his family. We had a very memorable experience in the park.

We had the best experience at Taralga wild life park, John and Tracey were very welcoming and it was fascinating to learn about the animals and how they are looked after. I would highly recommend visiting this park, it’s not huge but in a beautiful location and provides a better experience than big zoos. We had lunch at the cafe and the chicken burger was huge with fresh lettuce, tomatoes and real chicken breast for only $8- amazing value!
