Charles Darwin walk, Wentworth Falls

As of 17 Sep 2022 Trek is still closed. If you are planning to walk to Wentworth Falls, cannot go via this path. Need to go by the road.

The Darwin walk hike itself was an easy hike to Wentworth falls. Well marked trail and maintained. Awesome to walk the same path as Charles Darwin and a must if you are a student of Anthropology. Now if you want get adventurous! We started on the Darwin trail 1~2hrs, connected to the partial closed national pass trail 1~2hrs and then to Wentworth falls trail 4~5hrs, finishing at the Wentworth observation deck. Pass by several waterfalls, amazing scenic views of the blue mountains. Definitely worth it if you're an avid hiker!! Warning- the bus stop outside observation stops early so start early to catch the bus back into town for a much needed coffee and lunch lol.
