A car-lover's paradise, the highlight of Autoworld may be a large assortment of cars from the 19th century. Here you'll find rare makes and models, such as Minervas and a Bentley from 1928. The large, elegant galleries are filled with European and American antique cars. Learn about the history of the car through drawings of the first horse-less vehicles all the way to the most progressive recent designs. The museum is in the same complex as the military museum in Cinquantenaire Park, so you can tour both in one day. Book tickets for a self-guided tour online, or buy them at the attraction. Plan my Brussels trip by asking Inspirock to come up with tips and suggestions.

  • We spent one hour in Autoworld. Cars are well maintained and it's cool to see all those old cars at one place. It' possible to take a photo in Formula.

  • I visited the army and airplane museum. In my opinion a very fun place to spend an afternoon... especially with kids. The exhibition is built up in a spectacular way... where ever you look there is something to see. The roof view point is also nice.
  • They have beautiful cars, and many. It's very pretty. But they lack explanations. You learn very little. How did the manufacturing evolve? no idea. What is the importance of the car on modern societies and economies? nothing. What is the manufacturing process of the modern car? remains a secret. The museum is pretty, for sure, but not very educational. It's more a toy museum than a museum about one of the most influential inventions of all times.
