Delirium Café is a bar in Brussels, Belgium, known for its long beer list, standing at 2,004 different brands in January 2004 as recorded in the The Guinness Book of Records. On offer are beers from over 60 countries, including many Belgian beers.
The bar is located in the small alley called Impasse de la Fidélité/Getrouwheidsgang, only a couple of hundred metres from the Grand Place. The Jeanneke Pis statue is across the street from the entrance.
The bar's name comes from the beer Delirium Tremens, whose pink elephant symbol also decorates the café's entrance.

We tried four different beers here and were very pleased with the availability. Some of the beers are very strong and expensive so be careful. Great decor.

3,000 beers to choose from so you’ll be sure to find something you like. If not … that’s on you! It’s more of a university atmosphere pub with slippery wooden floors and dim lighting but it’s a fun experience that’s not to be missed when visiting the city. I really enjoyed the peach flavour beer. Oh and I saw people with large flights (purchased upstairs) which would be a lot of fun, especially on a rainy day.
I've been there many, many times and enjoy taking first-timers with me to experience this unique setting. And each part/bar in the "Café" (group of bars) has a different sort of theme. The bartenders are just stellar. They have a tremendous "catalog" of beers from which to choose. It stays behind the counter. I think I read somewhere that Delirium set a Guinness Book Record of greatest variety of beers...? Over 2000, I think! On the RARE occasion you ask for something they don't have, or if you're up for something new, tell them what you like and what you don't and they'll make a grand suggestion! I've never been disappointed and always find something new to enjoy! You can't beat the charming walk to find the place. Yes, the streets do wind about like a bowl of spaghetti, but there's simply nothing like it! Tons of restaurants nearby as well!
