  • I took a class on how to make Bobbin Lace from Veronique. We didn't speak the same language, but I learned how to make a small piece of lace and had a ball!!!

  • This review was for the Game of Thrones Tapestry that is on loan from Ireland and displayed at the Hotel du Doyen. We were lucky to see this while we were here on vacation in Bayeux!
  • I went here to see the journalism war correspondents photography exposition. I was told to go in. As I was going up the stairs a very rude French woman told me I shouldn’t be there. Why I asked. She kept going up the steps away from me saying it’s only for students. Long story short i guess one is supposed to know this by magic. The tourist office refused to help as they « have nothing to do about when museums are open. »I’ve never been so disappointed and treated so badly in France. Nothing was posted outside stating this schedule. She might have said it’s on our website — I couldn’t hear her , but I haven’t found that using my phone. I Rented a car to get here. It’s pouring down rain as well. It’s time for some wine.
