A sunny square surrounded by beautiful old buildings. There is a wonderful carousel. Lots of restaurants with tables and chairs in the sunshine. All very colourful and welcoming.

Very disappointed with the way the carnival was conducted. The place itself was ok but man is there 0 information about what happens on opening night. They say its free for entry and then when you queue up suddenly everyone has tickets. They block the whole view from the sides for the carnival and hold it in a super exclusive staged area. We travelled all the way from UK for this for nothing. If people say we should have bought tickets in advance, its clearly mentioned on the website that its free on opening day and doesn't mention about any tickets!
