Procession of Princes is a 102 m (335 ft) mural depicting a parade of the rulers of Saxony. The 35 portraits from the House of Wettin originally were painted between 1871 and 1876. Between 1904 and 1907, the painting was replaced with about 23,000 porcelain tiles. That makes it the largest porcelain artwork in the world. Truly a spectacle. 🌟 The intricate details behind this artwork is enough to stop you in your tracks and simply appreciate the workmanship for a good 20-30 mins. 🙌🏼 Plenty of tourists typically walk along this street, so don't waste an opportunity to get a clear photo when there's nobody around! 📸

Loved it! It is the best and at the same time simplest way to enjoy the history in Dresden. Walk through the history of Saxon simply by walking by this piece of art. I cannot put it into words how interesting it was, especially if somebody plays some nice music in the background. It's also located at the heart of Dresden with very easy accessibility to a lot of restaurants and Frauenkirche. It'd be great to take a walk in the area every morning and have a headstart every day.
