I bought the most expensive package but couldn't use it because the spa closed. And I will not be able to use it when they are open because I'm not from Budapest. I asked for a refund and was assured by the administrator that I will get my money back. She told me to send an email with account details. It's been a month already and I still didn't get my money. I want to believe that all the good reviews below are correct and the place indeed is responsible and care about their reputation. So I sent another email with the reminder. Hopefully, it will help.
