This company and its people were wonderful to work with. They communicated via email, responding to my questions immediately and clearly. I was in their shop in September 2021 and liked their work so much that my wife and I decided to buy a major centerpiece for our dining room. It arrived in perfect condition and exactly on time as they promised. It is beautiful and we highly recommend this company if you want fine ceramics.

Visited this wonderful store in Italy and decided to order online upon my return. Mario in customer service was outstanding. He called and emailed me to let me know one of my items was currently out of stock. He picked out a substitute and emailed me with a picture! It was my second choice and I was happy to agree. I received my order in less than 2 weeks, beautifully packed that there was no way anything could break. I recommend ordering from this website. You will not be disappointed!! Looking forward to using my dishes and love the plates I ordered that are hanging on my walls. Thank you Mario!!
