The 18th century Museo e Real Bosco di Capodimonte offers an extensive collection of Neapolitan art set within a grand palace. Before entering, wander through the park surrounding the building. This was once a forested hunting ground for Naples' Bourbon rulers. Inside, marvel at paintings and other pieces dating from the 13th century--perhaps the richest collection of Neapolitan School artworks in the world. • Amazing place. Amazing Italian art masterpieces. Of course Caravaggio is breathless! The cafe’ in the courtyard offers very good home made quality food. Nice park to take a peaceful rest onto the immaculate green grass.
  • I found it great place to hang out. It's a giant park with great views. And there is a museum/gallery type situation. It's nice. But getting to and from there is not that nice. Especially if you are public transport only. One way is fun. But only one way.
