Create an itinerary including Villa Cimbrone Gardens
One of the highlights of Villa Cimbrone Gardens is the Terrace of Infinity, a natural balcony with 18th-century marble busts and views of the sea, lemon groves, and mountains. As you walk through gardens of this historic villa, you'll wander past oak, alder, and chestnut trees. Make your way down to the natural cave that is home to a 19th-century marble statue of Eve. Walk up the stairway to the rose gardens to breathe in the scent of French and English roses. Look for the inscription quoting poet Omar Khayyám. Latch on to a guide at the entrance if you want to see all the sculptures and learn their stories. • Great place better than the main Villa Rufolo even though that is more famous - given it hosts famous concerts and is right near the entrance to town. If you have to do one, choose Cimbrone. Nice...

  • Beautiful views and a very gorgeous grounds around the villa. Definitely worth a visit when in Ravello.
  • Beautiful gardens with wonderful old pine trees and amazing views, so a visit is well worth it. However, I would like to warn you not to buy an ice cream in the small bistro at the panorama terrace. Seriously, I have never eaten anything so bad. The taste of bad fat haunted me for the rest of the day. A flop, not to mention the price.
