Heavenly vegan dinner We contacted them ahead to confirm we were vegan and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. It was probably the best Vegan meal we have had ever. The Palace is gorgeous, the service is incredible and the food outstanding!

This place is by no means "luxury", if I were the manager I would be embarrassed by the condition of this property. It's way past its prime and needs a complete makeover. The carpets in the hallways are threadbare, the spa is dated and feels dirty, An ashtray full of cigarette butts sits on the ledge by the front door. Outdoor patio furniture had no cushions. Area where you entered the pool had a bunch of things just tossed into the corner. The first room we were given reeked of mold and upon closer inspection literally had mold visibly growing on the wallpaper. I wish I had taken a picture. The furniture was pretty beat up and the side table next to the bed had a chip off the edge. They easily moved us to a different room which they said was an upgrade, it didn't have mold but it was not in great shape. On a positive note, the staff were very nice and breakfast was very good. I cannot recommend this hotel, and I would never stay here again.
