Tour Palacio da Bolsa, a 19th-century stock-market palace, and walk through the lavish rooms of the assembly and tribunal. Built by the Commercial Association in 1850, the building was improved upon and decorated until 1910. See the courtyard room, filled with arched doorways and covered by a large octagonal metallic and glass dome. You can explore quaint chambers that host allegorical paintings, rustic furniture, sculptures, and antique objects. Visit the most lavish room at the site, the Moorish Revival-styled reception hall, which once welcomed important personalities and leaders. The tour itself is highly informative and interesting. It lasts about 30 minutes which is a perfect length for the amount of rooms covered. Note that you cannot buy tickets I'm advance online for a specific time slot. You'll need to walk in and select a time slot based on the available languages. In my case the next open English tour was about 2 hrs later, so I purchased the tickets and made my way back when it was my slot.

The luxury architecture and rooms are interesting and nice, lots of history. Some of the presidential portraits look like they were painted by children 🤣. Our tour was supposed to be 45 mins long. It ended up being like 20 minutes. Definitely got short-changed there. Not that much to explore. They should open up more rooms and areas for tour.
