    The convent and castle is massive! There are several paid parking locations near the convent area where you buy the tickets to see the inside. It costs 6euro each. There were no guides available...

    Castle wall walk is amazing. Best park car free in the new town area and 10 min is all it takes. Garden is a nice break from heat and the wall walk gives panoramic views to the town and surrounding greens and hills. Inside castle is the convent of Christ.

    Really nice castle, you can really feel the ages. Main attraction though is the convent. Feel that they could develop the visit to the castle a bit more. Now it is foremost an literally the entry to the Convento do Christo.
