Stroll the promenade past embassies, stages for music and public speaking, fountains, and the famed Slovaki National Theater. Relax with a coffee or snack at one of many cafes along the square. Don't miss the statue of the plaza's namesake, Pavel Hviezdoslav. Nice big open square. Fountains, cafes, architecturally photographic. Places to sit, have an ice cream and people watch.

Lovely main walk of the city, all pedestrianised with chestnut sales and mulled wine available along the way. I think in the summer when the fountains are out it will look a lot nicer but for the winter it was a really pleasant walk along it
Beautiful square, nice walking path, covered by trees and sided by nice collection of restaurants. You can enjoy a pizza or fancy steak, the choices are not limited!
