The manor house was designed by architect Lars Israel Wahlman (1870–1952) in a style inspired by Tudor architecture and built between 1898 and 1904.

Grand castle with a fascinating history. If you like Liberty in London and period arts and crafts decorating you'll enjoy it. During COVID you explore by yourself but with staff to help on demand. Service is excellent.
