Biggest Picasso Statue in the world. Why is it located in Kristinehamn? You will find the answers on the walking path to the left of the statue. Several boards provide information about the story/idea/creation of the statue.

The Picasso sculpture is right on the bank of the lake. Very close by is also a restaurant. The surroundings provide the visitors with beautiful views. Finding the correct / or shortest roads to the sculpture is accompanied with some adventure too! ;-) The roads are dusty and you might easily wind yourself at an end of the road (in the forest by some cottages etc.) and you´ll be forced to just try out “the next right” turn. So maybe, don´t be in a hurry when traveling from the South and trying to find the “right” way to the sculpture. Instead, have fun and enjoy the Swedish Rally feeling 😉
