As the country's biggest port and one of the busiest in all of Europe, Hamburg has a well-deserved reputation as Germany's Gateway to the World.
Get outdoors at Travemunde and Stand-Up Paddleboarding. Step off the beaten path and head to CHOCOVERSUM by HACHEZ and Marienkirche. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Hamburg: Lubeck (European Hansemuseum, Lubeck Cathedral, &more).
