Budapest — 13 nights

You might consider the city of Budapest, divided by the Danube River into two distinctive cities--Buda and Pest--to be essentially one large World Heritage Site.
House of Terror Museum and Egri Road Beatles Museum will appeal to museum buffs. Get some cultural insight at Fisherman's Bastion and Valley of the Beautiful Women. Explore Budapest's surroundings by going to Dera Creek (in Csobanka), Koros Torok Sandy Beach (in Csongrad) and Eger (Eger Castle, Nagy-Eged Mountain, &more). The adventure continues: get a sense of history and politics at Hungarian Parliament Building, paddle through the water with a kayaking and canoeing tour, don't miss a visit to Heroes' Square, and contemplate the waterfront views at Danube River.
