Vinnytsia is a city in west-central Ukraine, located on the banks of the Southern Bug.It is the administrative center of Vinnytsia Oblast and the largest city in the historic region of Podillia. Go for a jaunt from Vinnytsia to Berdychiv to see Discalced Carmelites Order Monastery about 1h 30 min away. There's much more to do: stroll around Gorky Park, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Holy Transfiguration Cathedral, see the interesting displays at National Pirogov's Estate Museum, and pause for some photo ops at Glory Memorial and War Memorial Park.
