Family-friendly places like Food Tours and Douro River will thrill your kids. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Centro Historico de Guimaraes and Matosinhos Beach. Take a break from Porto with a short trip to Largo da Oliveira in Guimaraes, about 44 minutes away.
