Seen by many to be the most forward-thinking, culturally important, and artistic of the country's metropolises, Lahore has plenty of charms, plenty of history, and plenty of people.
On the 6th (Tue), take in nature's colorful creations at Shalimar Bagh (Shalimar Gardens), then don't miss a visit to Masjid Wazir Khan, and then appreciate the history behind Jehangir's Tomb & Kamran's Baradari Pavilion. Keep things going the next day: admire the natural beauty at Fort and Shalamar Gardens, then contemplate the long history of Badshahi Mosque, and then explore the historical opulence of Lahore Fort.

Boom, Belgium — 3 nights

Boom is a Belgian town, located in both the arrondissement and province of Antwerp. Change things up with a short trip to Brouwerij Bosteels in Buggenhout (about 32 minutes away). The adventure continues: get engrossed in the history at Fort Breendonk, indulge your thirst for a good beer at Duvel Moortgat Brewery, explore the different monuments and memorials at Schoonselhof, and make a trip to De Schorre.
