Vadstena is a locality and the seat of Vadstena Municipality, Östergötland County, Sweden, with 5,613 inhabitants in 2010. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Naturum Takern and Sancta Birgitta Conventmuseum. Change things up with these side-trips from Vadstena: Kornettgardens Samlingar och Cafe (in Flistad) and Brunneby Musteri & Gardsbutik (in Borensberg).
