  • Inspiring visit, perfect for lovers of literature. Smaller than you think, some interesting art installations. Won’t take long to get around and so plan to walk around the town and visit some of the shops. The Grave yard next door feels quite spooky with dozens of Ravens. The gift shop has a small selection of books. Very reasonably priced.
  • Another very interesting visit to the Bronte Parsonage Museum. We were able to tour the home of the Brontes and ask any questions of the knowledgeable tour guides as we went along. We arrived during a Bank Holiday Weekend and so we booked in advance and as it happened we were glad we had as the available times were all filled in advance of our arrival on the Saturday. In my opinion a tour of the Parsonage is a must for all readers of the Bronte sisters' novels and you learn so much from taking the time to visit the place where they lived and wrote their novels in the harsh environment of the surrounding moors. I don't think that we will leave it so long next time before we visit the Museum again. I hope this review gives you a flavour of what you can anticipate seeing and doing on a visit to the Museum.
