  • A hot drink and a brisk walk on the cliffs overlooking the beach , a great way to”blow away the cobwebs” the sunset was stunning , the icy wind took our breath away. The stormy seas - Mother Nature...

  • Lovely little sandy sun trap beach in a cove sheltered from the wind by the cliffs. Crystal clear sea with a bit of seaweed but surprisingly not too cold for September! We walked along the coastal path and took a picnic as it could do with a cafe or a kiosk but apparently there is a catering van that visits in the summer. Toilets were OK. There are some big steps you can sit on, a few picnic tables and there is also a nice memorial wall. Beautiful 😎
  • If you're looking for a lovely little sandy beach then this is very much worth a visit. Tucked into a tiny bay there's a lovely sandy beach where many enjoy paddle boarding and swimming, or simply sitting watching the water. Anyone with a geological bent will also enjoy exploring the rocky shoreline of the bay, whi h if it could talk would surely have many stories to tell! There's a coastal path we didn't explore (too interested in going for a swim) but had a few groups of rather excited rock-climbing folk returning from what sounded like was a good afternoon.
