Really worth the visit to escape the hustle and bustle of Manhattan and Brooklyn. An oasis of calm and tranquility. We got the subway and it is only a few minutes walk from the nearest station.

There's so much to see there. Must come back. The Cherry blossoms were heavenly! The Shakespeare Garden was also so special. The split pea soup at the Canteen was hearty and so delicious. Looking forward to returning to explore more sections. The landscaping is beautiful everywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese gardens as well. What a treat, a refreshment for the mind, body and spirit!🙏🏽💙

It is a magical place, especially as nightfall approaches. The whole place is filled with fireflies like fallen stars…it’s truly a hidden gem tucked away in the city. The fragrance garden and Japanese gardens are some must sees and if you time it right, the Gardens are a great place to listen to music and attend concerts. Everything about this place radiates peace and serenity and I will certainly go back to see more.
