We had a great time, staff was very knowledgeable. Only issue was with the mistake that was made by them with tickets. Make sure you ask lots and lots of question, and be sure to speak to someone that knows what is going on when you call and be sure to get the persons name that you speak to on the phone. Even when the mistake was seen on the paperwork we were given, they still would not make it right. Over all it is a great place to visit and have fun at!

Of course the set pieces deserve the praise they’ve received (though the ugly white drop ceiling and building’s exposed cutaway Sheetrock and 2x4s subtract from the presentation). However, the tour guide was, how to say this gently, unskilled and/or untrained. The same effort, attention to detail, and love evident in the workmanship and artistry of the sets must also be applied to all facets of the show for it to be a true success.
