Taughannock Falls State Park, Trumansburg

Took my girlfriend there for our 3rd anniversary together 💓 it was so beautiful, majestic an made our anniversary together a extremely memorable experience together... We even brought the dogs... My only disappointment was the trails to the bottom was not marked well enough to explain how to get to the bottom an see the falls from the bottom I believe would have been incredibly awesome... I hope that the guides or people running the park could put up some more signs of how to get to the bottom we went about half way or more down a trail that we had no idea if we were going the right way to get down... I hope that's something that would change so when we get a chance to do it again and be able to find the bottom of the falls... It be nice to experience it with the ones I love most of all... Sincere thanks in hopes that they make and mark the trails better for everyone else too..!!

We got married at the Northpoint Pavilion and it was absolutely amazing. Sonja and the team at the park office were so accommodating and welcoming. It was a joy to talk and work with them all. The park is the absolute best. The overlook is perfect for a quick view and some phenomenal photos. The base of the falls is an easy, level path for everyone. The park is also on the lake and has wooded areas, lakefront grills, three pavilions and plenty of parking for guests. Thanks for making our special day the absolute best day!
